OUR CORE VALUES

Meet Our Founder

Wola O. Gbadebo is a passionate servant-leader, civil engineer, and youth advocate from Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He is the visionary behind the Wola Gbadebo Initiative, a mission-driven platform birthed in 2009 after he was moved by the alarming statistics of out-of-school children and the growing number of unemployed graduates in Nigeria.

Wola is a proud alumnus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), where he distinguished himself not only academically but also through exceptional student leadership. His achievements include serving as the Petition Chairman of the Students’ Union in 2013, where he made history with his integrity and boldness, and Vice President of the Faculty of Engineering in 2010, where he championed student empowerment and advocacy.

Professionally, Wola has grown into a seasoned expert in property and construction management in the United Kingdom, bringing global experience, structure, and excellence into every aspect of his leadership.

He is a devoted Christian, a loving husband, and a proud father, whose life mission is to lead by example — through mentorship, service, and community impact.

The Wola Gbadebo Initiative exists today as a testament to his enduring belief that with the right tools, guidance, and opportunity, every young person can rise, thrive, and lead.

“Leadership is not about position. It’s about compassion, vision, and service. I believe in raising leaders who will raise others.”

-Wola O. Gbadebo
